Inspired by thought leaders like Simon Sinek and Bob Chapman, Michel is building more than a resort—he’s cultivating a global movement.

His vision bridges five-star service with authentic well-being, making him a cornerstone in shaping EIR’s holistic approach to hospitality.

Paloma is an accomplished scientist and sustainability leader with a PhD in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, with a background in Agronomy, Agro-Industry, and Oenology. With years of experience in sustainable wine production and microbiological research, she brings scientific precision and regenerative vision to every aspect of EIR’s environmental strategy. Passionate about circular systems and measurable impact, Paloma ensures that sustainability at EIR is not just a principle—but a promise.
